The “pink pig”!

Hannah was excited to ride the pink pig for the third time in her short life.  It is a ride that has been in Atlanta for decades and the money goes to support Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.  It is basically a train ride with an engine that is a pig!  Sam and Nicole joined us this year as our annual trek first took us to Maggiano’s for lunch and then off to ride the pig.  Oink, Oink! ’till next year!

St. Nicholas Day

Every year, on December 6th we celebrate St. Nicholas Day by giving our family a stocking with candy and small gifts.  We are remembering where the tradition of Santa Clause began: A young man who wanted to take care of the needs of others.

Thanksgiving…

Was super!  We had a great time with “GranMarnie” in Richmond, VA and then enjoyed Kami’s family in Akron, OH.  And we got some snow!!!  Not much but just enough for the H.G. and Ethan to think it was a winter wonderland!  Thanks God for the dusting!

The past couple of weeks have flown by!  Cannot believe that we are in November.  Thanksgiving is in a few weeks (I’m ordering snow for Akron!) and Christmas is around the corner!  WOW!  Crazy isn’t it!  I love my family!
